Moses Opio-Ogal – Director, Micro Finance & Accountancy
He has over 20 yrs of working experience in the finance/banking industry, management of Micro finance institutions and cooperative societies. He has worked with the former Uganda Commercial Bank (UCB) and consulted with FINCA Uganda, AGARU Cooperative Society and is currently consulting for the Uganda Institute of Bankers (UIB).
His consulting expertise focuses on the area of management structures for finance organizations. Moses was responsible for UCB’s smooth entry in the new millennium during the Y2K bug scare.
He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Banking from Bangor University India. He currently is responsible for expanding the Company’s presence throughout Uganda.

Jimmy Ogal – Director, Information Technology & Engineer
He holds a BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Makerere University. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in the Windows 2000 (Professional and Server) track.
He has worked in several computer service industry companies notably Computer Point Limited and LANTech Uganda Limited. Notable project undertakings then included Administration of the Century Bottling Company LAN, Implementation of the Inter University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) LAN, the Standard Chartered Bank WAN, Ministry of Finance IFMIS project, technical support for Kampala Associated Advocates and Uganda Travel Bureau LANs.
Jimmy has considerable project management experience particularly in the area of networks and is administratively responsible for day to day running of the Company’s affairs. Technically, Jimmy is responsible for the implementation of networking solutions.

Timothy Agaba – Business Development Manager/Functional & Application Consultant
Has a degree in Business Administration with a bias in Accounting. He has worked with RPC DATA Uganda LTD along with the HP/Oracle team on the IFMS implementation and training where he was the head of their IFMS training division for both functional and technical training.
Timothy has attained vast experience and training in the area of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and accounting software packages chiefly in Oracle Financials, Pastel, and QuickBooks.
His area of expertise lies in Oracle Public Sector Financials with a special bias in Public Sector General Ledger and Charts of Accounts, Public Sector Payables, Public Sector Purchases, Public Sector Receivables, Public Sector Cash Management, and Budgeting.
He has participated in application and functional support and training at Kampala City Council (one of the IFMS pilot sites) for the Integrated Oracle suit of applications. He has also attained boot camp training on the entire Oracle suit of applications-both the Financials and the Supply Chain management solution, from Oracle Solutions Services of Bangalore India, in conjunction with RPC DATA.
He has worked for IT companies on several projects. These include IT Trends as a Client account manager/Project manager, Lantech Uganda as a client account manager and the HP/Oracle/ RPC consortium on the IFMS implementation. He currently is responsible for expanding the Company’s presence throughout Uganda.
