He holds a Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a bias in Telecom Engineering, Kyambogo University; He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in the Windows 2000 (Professional and Server) track.

He has worked with several computer service and support industry companies like NCR/Service and Computer Industry, Copy Cat (U) Ltd, LANTech Uganda Limited and Venture Communications (U) Ltd.

Notable project undertakings include Supervising Bank Of Uganda LAN infrastructure building, Implementation and support of Standard Chartered Bank WAN, Implementation and Support of Ministry of Finance, Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) WAN.
His work experience spans a total of seven consecutive years. He started his working career in 1997 and worked mainly on installing, configuring, securing and supporting LANs and PC’s for various small companies. Arthur is currently responsible for designing, implementing and supporting various LAN/WAN technologies.

Kiiza Maani – Advanced Infrastructure Management Engineer (A.I.M. Eng.)

He holds a Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Kyambogo University. He has worked in several organizations, Hima Cement Industry and Mbarara Exchange, Uganda Telecom Limited and Roko Construction Limited.

Major project undertakings include supervising the installation, testing and commissioning of LAN cabling in Kampala City Council (KCC) head office and its divisions, UEDCL offices in Lugogo, Bugolobi and Nakulabye, RPC Data offices, AGARU SACCO in Pader.
Maani is greatly experienced and has a deep understanding of network infrastructures and he is responsible for their design, implementation and support

Francis Nyero – Systems Engineer, Implementation, Support & Administration

He holds a Diploma in Information Technology. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Windows 2000 server and Windows 2000 professional.
He has worked for service and support industry companies notably LANTech (U) Ltd, SBI International, Kampala Associated Advocates (KAA) and Venture Communications Uganda Limited.

He has worked on the installation, configuration and Support of several LANs Century Bottling Company (Coca Cola), Uganda Travel Bureau, AMREF and World Food Program (WFP). Francis is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting all LAN technologies and first level support of existing customers.

Jonathan Ddumba – Advanced Infrastructure Management Engineer (A.I.M. Eng.)

He holds an Advanced Certificate of Microsoft Excel 2000, Fintech Uganda 2004. He is also an Advanced Electrical Installation Part (B) & Part 11 Certificate holder (1998 & 2000).
Jonathan has a massive experience in implementing Fiber, Voice and Data based networking solutions.

Notable projects in which he has been directly involved in the implementation include; DFCU Bank branches, the former UCB, JSI & AIM at Nakawa house, the Bank of Uganda (BOU), Word Food Program (WFP), Faculty of Agriculture – Makerere University.
Jonathan is responsible for and is the first level of support for existing and newly implemented system infrastructures.
